At Flower Knows, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, items that have been opened or swatched are not eligible for return unless deemed defective.

Securely place the items in their original, ornate packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all inserts and promotional gifts.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the parcel back to our fulfillment center for processing.
